We are committed to providing all our customers with a convenient and seamless flight. This includes customers requiring medical assistance, mobility assistance, and travelling with infants. We have special arrangements in place for the carriage of Unaccompanied Minors.

Please let us know if you are a wheelchair user, or need us to provide a wheelchair in the airport, and we will also arrange pre-boarding.

Travelling with a medical condition can sometimes be stressful and we will do everything possible to ensure you are safe to travel. Some medical conditions will require you to complete a form, on the basis of which we will clear you for travel.

Prior authorisation and arrangements are also required for children travelling alone and can be set up through our Customer Service Centre, at least 72 hours prior to departure.
